Journey Dynamics TrafficSpeeds provides developers of PNDs, web services and logistics systems with access, for the first time, to accurate traffic speed information that enables the delivery of significant end user value.
Journey Dynamics speed forecasting technology has been designed to factor in all of the complex influences that effect journeys on today busy roads leading to forecasts that deliver greater flexibility and accuracy to the route planning process.
Taking into account all of these factors enables journey times to be estimated to within a few minutes, as opposed to the tens of minutes for current systems. By using Journey Dynamics traffic forecasting in the planning phase of a journey, better route options can be achieved for that particular time of day and day of the week. TrafficSpeeds - TMC is designed to be easily integrated into existing routing engines.
