MyDrive™

How it works

The MyDrive™ system consists of a small footprint software component written in “C” for maximum portability. The driver profile database records over 45,000 combinations of individual characteristics from a driver including acceleration and speed preferences under a wide variety of road conditions.

The MyDrive™ components have been designed to integrate directly into a satellite navigation device software stack working offline, or into a large scale online server side installation. The small footprint of the system allows it to operate on low CPU power devices as well as on servers servicing millions of requests per day.

MyDrive™ is also compatible with an occasionally connected method of operation where track data is synchronised across a GSM or a USB cradle connection to a server, profiles are generated on the server and then delivered back to the device after being updated with the most recent data. This method offloads profile generation from the device and also allows any associated online services to utilise the drivers individual profile, for instance in an online journey planning tool.          

Journey Dynamics offers full customisation and integration support and can adapt the MyDrive™ system to suit most server installations as well as portable device or mobile phone installations.
